Introductory conversation: 20–30 minutes to see whether we are the right fit.
Case review: Written advice on papers, risks and the recommended next step.
EHC needs assessment request: Evidence-led parental request.
Draft / final EHCP check: Section B needs and Section F provision, with suggested wording.
Meeting attendance: Annual reviews, school meetings and multi-agency discussions.
Mediation and appeal support: Grounds, working document and hearing preparation. We are not a solicitor.

Training days: SEND legal framework, decision-making, writing specified provision.
Quality assurance: Sampled plan audits and feedback workshops.
SENCO / case officer clinics: Booked advice slots.
Independent case review: Single-case or cluster review on a fixed fee.
Disagreement resolution support: Early, structured conversations with families where commissioned independently.
Retainer: Monthly access for trusts and local teams.
